A special meeting of the Prabandhak Committee of Bawa Kailakh Dev Asthan Thathar Bantalab was called on April 2023 in which members from all places of the state were present. In the meeting, the Prabandhak Committee discussed the development of the temple complex.
Unanimously nominating Chandramohan Seth, a senior member of the Seth fraternity, as the entrant, the election of the committee was discussed. All the members unanimously re-elected Master Rampal Seth and Shakti Dutt Sharma as President and General Secretary in view of their contribution. Tirtharam Sharma (Channi Himmat), Shastri Pawan Seth, Rajinder Seth, Narinder Seth as Vice President, Gulshan Sharma, Ajay Seth, Rohit Seth, Mohinder Seth as Secretary, Yash Seth as Coordinator, Parimoksh Seth as Organization Secretary, Sahil Seth as Publicity Secretary, Ganesh Dutt was elected as Treasurer, Garu Ram as a storekeeper, Pawan Gupta as Campus development committee chief, Sunil Dutt as Raka Kailakh Yuva Mandal chief, Dr. Pawan Seth as secretary.
The newly elected members unanimously elected Chandramohan Seth as the chairman of the committee. The committee reiterated its commitment to continue the development works in the temple and to maintain the sanctity and order of the temple and called for cooperation from the entire society.
बावा कैलख देव अस्थान ठठर बनतलाब की प्रबन्धक कमेटी की एक विशेष बैठक बुलाई गई जिसमें प्रदेश के सभी स्थानों से सदस्य उपस्थित रहे। बैठक में प्रबन्धक कमेटी द्वारा मन्दिर परिसर के विकास को लेकर चर्चा हुई।
सर्वसम्मति से सेठ बिरादरी के वरिष्ठ सदस्य चन्द्रमोहन सेठ को प्रवेशक के रूप में मनोनीत करके कमेटी के चुनाव पर चर्चा हुई। सभी सदस्यों ने सर्वसम्मति से मास्टर रामपाल सेठ और शक्ति दत्त शर्मा को उनके योगदान को देखते हुए पुनः अद्यक्ष और महामंत्री चुना। तीर्थराम शर्मा(छन्नी हिम्मत), शास्त्री पवन सेठ ,राजिंदर सेठ,नरिंदर सेठ को उपाद्यक्ष, गुलशन शर्मा ,अजय सेठ,रोहित सेठ,मोहिंदर सेठ को सचिव, यश सेठ को कॉर्डिनेटर, परिमोक्ष सेठ को संगठन मंत्री,साहिल सेठ को प्रचार प्रमुख, गणेश दत्त कोषाध्यक्ष, गारु राम को भंडार प्रमुख, पवन गुप्ता परिसर विकास समिति प्रमुख, सुनील दत्त राका कैलख युवा मंडल प्रमुख, डॉ पवन सेठ मंत्री कैलख युवा मंडल चुने गए।
नवनिर्वाचित सदस्यों ने सर्वसम्मति से चन्द्रमोहन सेठ को कमेटी का चेयरमैन चुना। कमेटी ने मन्दिर में विकास कार्यों को जारी रखने और मन्दिर की पवित्रता और व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई और सारे समाज से सहयोग का आह्वान किया।
